Kyrie Irving exited Monday's game between the Dallas Mavericks and Sacramento Kings with what has been initially diagnosed as a left knee sprain. Irving landed awkwardly after being fouled on a drive to the basket in the first quarter. Irving remained on the court for several minutes.

Irving initially left the court for the locker room before returning to the court to take two free throws. 

Irving came into the game averaging 25.0 points and was an All-Star replacement this season. Irving can become a free agent in the offseason if he decides his player option.

They were on the rise prior to the Trade when AD went out JJ changed the game plan and lebron locked in both ends even when luka joined up he wasn't playing that well.. He is starting to get his groove back now though and so the team is probably a contender on the lower end.. Lakers winning also coincided with Houston and Memphis drop offs.. Remember with Luka and Kyrie first season the mavs missed the playoffs and got lively and even when they made the nba finals last year they had to do it from 6th..
