The NCAA Women's Final Four on Friday averaged 3.9 million viewers across ESPN networks.
That number was a 65% decline from last year's Final Four, though it is still the third highest average since ESPN began carrying the event in 1995.
It also represents a 44% increase from the 2022 Final Four, the last one that did not involve Caitlin Clark.
The matchup between UConn-UCLA lead the way with 4.1 million average viewers.
