Rutgers freshman forward Ace Bailey has declared as an early entry candidate for the 2025 NBA Draft. Bailey is currently the third-ranked player on ESPN's big board.

In his lone season with the Scarlet Knights, Bailey averaged 17.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.3 blocks per game. The 6-foot-10 forward shot 46% from the field, 34.6% on three-pointers and 69.2% at the free throw line.

Bailey joins Rutgers teammate Dylan Harper as an early entry candidate for the draft. The duo is ranked second and third on ESPN's pre-draft rankings.

Rutgers had the 2nd and 3rd picks in the upcoming draft and finished 15-17, including losses to Kennesaw State and Princeton? Something's wrong with this picture.

Same red flag I had with Fultz. If you are so great, why aren't you making your team better?

And the flip side was Brunson-- this guy leads teams to titles so why isn't he a lottery pick?

Brunson was widely not considered the best player on his own team
