Alijah Arenas suffered no major injuries from his car crash and will soon be released from the hospital.
"Alijah's doing better, walking, talking, progressing very well, should be released from the hospital very soon," said Josiah Johnson, one of the hosts of Gil's Arena on Monday. "No major injuries as a result of the car accident."
Arenas was hospitalized and placed into an induced coma following a car crash last week.
Officials have yet to release a cause for the crash.
Arenas, who is the son of Gilbert Arenas, is a five-star prospect and committed to USC after becoming a McDonald's All-American at Chatsworth High School.
