Stephen Curry Cleared For On-Court Workouts, Will Be Reevaluated Saturday

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Wed May 14, 2025 6:00 pm

Stephen Curry has been cleared to participate in light on-court workouts after his left hamstring strain was reevaluated on Wednesday. Curry has made good progress in his recovery and will be reevaluated again on Saturday. Curry suffered the injury in Game 1 on Tuesday, May 6th.

The Golden State Warriors will play at the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 5 on Wednesday and need a win to extend the series as they trail 3-1. If the Warriors extend the series, Curry could possibly return for Game 6 on Sunday in San Francisco.

Game 7 of the series is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20th at Minnesota.

Don't bother. Despite all his smug cocky talk, play_OFF Jimmy couldn't (or didn't want to) play nowhere near a level that would make the games even remotely competitive while Steph is out. Kuminga outplayed him by far and was way more engaged and impactful, and that is against a Wolves team that sucked throughout most of the series and weren't even trying that hard. Jimmy was badly exposed, and as I said multiple times - with or without Jimmy this Warriors team has an absolute max cap of a 2nd round exit. It was a miracle they even made it through the 1st round.
