Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jayson Tatum and Donovan Mitchell rounded out the top-5. LeBron James finished sixth ahead of Cade Cunningham, Anthony Edwards and Stephen Curry.

This is truly sickening, rewarding another foul merchant for MVP. These voters must not watch basketball, they just their assistant do their assignment for them.

Yup the NBA was waiting for the results of Nuggets vs. Thunder series.

That was great moment when they asked Chet in regards to Shai "Who know this is." And he says "The MVP!"

I feel like you don't watch if you think that's all Shai is. Hes a dynamic scorer if you'd watch him play. Don't punish the guy for the way the nba is. Leader of a young team with the best record and a top defense that he contributes to.

Shai is foul grifting in steriods right now he is jumping back into players throwing a shot up and falling to the ground it sucks to watch meanwhile ac and dort can mug players on the other end it doesn't make for good viewing.. I dont mind the playoffs being tough defence but you can't then let shai grift like he is and reward it with free throws when in reality he should be getting a tech for flopping

He actually actively dives to the ground after feeling the slightest contact, it's Harden all over again. And the worst part is because he gets this call so consistently it makes playing defense on him extremely hard, which, in turn, makes his scoring easier and more prolific. I respect that he's found this glitch in the matrix but I don't enjoy watching it, by him or anyone else.

I'm not necessarily mad at this result. You have to give credit to SGA's team's far better record than Jokic's, although I think voter fatigue played a part in this result as well.
