The Portland Trail Blazers are expected to keep Jrue Holiday as they look to compete in the Western Conference next season, according to Jake Fischer of The People's Insider.
The Blazers traded Anfernee Simons and two second-round picks for Holiday on Monday night.
Fischer adds that Holiday drew trade interest from the Kings and Mavs, among other teams.
Holiday averaged 11.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 3.9 assists last season for the Celtics.

surprised as the Celtics need good players capable of helping the Celtics and hoping for a Tatum return in the play-offs. Holiday would have had more opportunity to pick up where the Celtics need

Anfenee can score. He's fun but frustrating. Hope the Celts can unlock him

I think new ownership + injuries to Tatum & Brown = off year to recoup and reset

Its a money thing, they cant afford to keep them all.

Happy the Kings didn't go after him. It's not like they are one piece away from a title like Boston was. At 35, he may not have many years left. Sac needs to get younger at the spot, and just younger overall tbh. Try to work a trade for a guy like Nembhard, or sign Giddey to a bigger sized deal that Chi hopefully won't match.
