The Atlanta Hawks have agreed to acquire Kristaps Porzingis from the Boston Celtics in a three-team trade also involving the Brooklyn Nets. The Hawks will also acquire a second roudn pick, while the Nets will receive Terance Mann and the No. 22 pick via Atlanta.

The Celtics will acquire Georges Niang and a second round pick as they have now unloaded close to $30 million off their payroll over the past two days and are out of the second apron.

Brooklyn now currently owns picks No. 8, 19, 22, 26 and 27 in Wednesday's draft.

I like Mann, in fact I think he can operate as a setup man opposite Thomas, although neither are truly a playmaker. He's young-ish, can defend and hustle, and is cost controlled.

We get paid the 22nd pick for absorbing a useful, rotation guard on an MLE-sized contract. Not bad, Marks, not bad at all.

Do the Nets plan on being relevant, or are they just going to draft 75 rookies not named Flagg or Harper?

It seems like they already have a trade in principle in mind. What it is? We don't know. It might involve Harper.
