Chucky Hepburn, Raptors Agree To Two-Way Contract

Chucky Hepburn has agreed to a Two-Way contract with the Toronto Raptors. Hepburn went undrafted out of Louisville.
Hepburn, who was the ACC Defensive Player of the Year, averaged 16.4 points, 3.5 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.4 steals in 34.9 minutes as a senior. Hepburn spent his first three collegiate seasons with Wisconsin.
