Russell Westbrook has emerged as a potential free agent target for the New York Knicks. Westbrook spent last season with the Denver Nuggets. Westbrook, who is represented by Jeff Schwartz, averaged 13.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 6.1 assists and a PER of 14.1 last season.

Westbrook would give the Knicks added backcourt depth, which was an issue for them last season. The Knicks potentially would have enough shooting to surround Westbrook in most lineups.

Westbrook declined his $3.4 million player option with the Nuggets. The Nuggets have interest in retaining Westbrook, while the Sacramento Kings have also been linked with him.

I'd take Westbrick off the bench. Better than most other options out there.

What shooting? Shamet if they bring him back? Bridges, OG and duece are too inconsistent.

Sign him and then hire Michael Malone!
