Ty Jerome and the Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to a three-year, $28 million contract with a player option for Year 3. The Grizzlies will use their room midlevel exception to sign Jerome.

Jerome leaves the Cleveland Cavaliers after a breakout season. Jerome will give the Grizzlies depth in the backcourt after trading away Desmond Bane.

I guess you can never have too many guards. The usage rate should be way down for Jerome in Memphis, unless they reduce Pippen's role. Nevertheless, the Griz have some nice roster depth once again and appear healthy.
