The Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks and Minnesota Timberwolves are some of the team confirmed to have interest in Bradley Beal if he reached agreement with the Phoenix Suns on a buyout.

The Clippers still have $5.3 million to spend remaining from their non-taxpayer midlevel exception. The Clippers opened up potential minutes at guard with their trade of Norman Powell to the Miami Heat.

Beal is on a five-year, $251 million deal signed originally with the Washington Wizards. Beal has two years remaining on his contract totaling $110 million. Beal will have to take a significant reduction on the buyout in order for his contract to be stretched. Beal will then make some of that contract back up when he signs in free agency. 

In 53 games last season with the Suns, Beal averaged 17.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 32.1 minutes while shooting 38.6 percent on three-pointers. Beal had a PER of 14.9 as his usage dropped from his All-Star performance with the Wizards. Beal had a True Shooting Percenage of .598.

The Bucks need him bad -- they really need to come at him with a pitch. Getting Beal a below-market rate would help recoup some of the Dame cap hit and fill a desperate need for a secondary creator.

Is he really gonna prioritize more money at this point? Dude has made enough and robbed the Suns at the same time.

The Lakers could use him off the bench.

Yes, this is his job so money is a factor. And he didn't rob anyone; he was offered a deal and he signed it. PHX traded for him on that deal, even though it was widely believed to be the worst deal in the NBA.

It is unrealistic to believe Beal will go to a team that doesn't plan to start him. He is a starting caliber player. He'd get 35 MPG in MIL.

If he has the cojones, go to Indiana and do the best Haliburton impression ever seen. They’re pretty similar players in my opinion, it’s just that Beal has a scorers mentality and Haliburton is a distributor. I think Brad would pass a lot more on a team with so many finishers, without losing the ability to get his own shot in clutch situations.

For Indiana, I’m sure they’ll get an injury exception any day now, make Nembhard’s job a lot easier by giving him an all-star vet with something to prove.

The bucks absolutely make the most sense as he would be an auto starter and get a lot of shots

You need good role players to win a championship.. OKC has the best roster in the NBA it's why they won.. Boston won with competent bench players and the best starting 5 the year before.. The reason Jokic who currently is the best player in the world has only a single championship is because he lacks the depth players to win.. Giannis has been playing great basketball cant get out of the first rd in the east why.. Lack of help.. Its a team sport.. Lakers role players aren't good in the playoffs.. Reeves not good and Rui not good.. Reeves is somewhat a foul grifter like Shai but he is not going to get shai calls in the playoffs cause isn't a superstar so that regresses him..

He’s not really a come off the bench guy, as seen in Phoenix, and definitely isn’t coming off the bench behind hart or bridges

I think Mitch will start and Hart will come off the bench as originally intended. Somebody like Beal/Bridges on the 2nd unit (and to close games situationally) would be nice. The bench really needs that sparkplug guy imo.

Good point though, we'd have to seem him change a bit and be willing to sacrifice for title. Too much of a pipedream.
