Gilbert Arenas was arrested Wednesday in connection with a federal indictment that alleges the former NBA star hosted illegal high-stakes poker games at his mansion in Encino, California, according to a release from the United States Attorney's Office of Central California.

Arenas is officially charged with one count of conspiracy to operate an illegal gambling business, one count of operating an illegal gambling business, and one count of making false statements to federal investigators.

Gilbert Arenas has had a great NBA career; however, judgement has not been a very good interpersonal skill that he has developed. History has come to haunt Gilbert. I guess Jarvis Crittendon saga was not enough for him to learn from. Is stupidity the tool of intelligence that Gilbert Arenas comprehends?

Two of those charges could be considered in a racketeering case, not that this is head that way but if it did that’s some serious time.

As of now I don't know why I would care morally that he did this. Him running an illegal gambling ring doesn't really matter to me.

With that said, Gilbert is an idiot for putting himself in this situation. He was blessed financially in life. He has a fairly successful podcast that can go on for a long time. All he needed to do is chill for the rest of his life.

The man’s name is Javaris*. Outstanding citizen.

Arenas had been speaking out about how his child was so near death when his cyber truck steering wheel locked up and the doors wouldn’t open and the bulletproof glass would not open and trapped inside while it was on fire. Then poured water on self until those watching a person burn alive in the Tesla Cybertruck were able to get through a window and induced coma at Hospital to help the Miracle of survival of Arenas child

It was a real gamble where having slightly more water saved a life while he was on fire
