Kansas head coach Bill Self said he hasn't decided on his coaching future following his team's 67-65 loss to St. John's in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
Self said that the decision would be health related as opposed to any on-court factors.
"I'll get back and get with family and visit and see what's going on," Self said. "I love what I do, I need to be able to do it where I'm feeling good and healthy to do it fairly well. I'll get back home, and it'll all be discussed."
The 63-year-old has dealt with health issues in recent years, including getting hospitalized this past January.
Kansas has not made it past the second round in the last four seasons.
Self admitted that his sides have been inconsistent.
"The first year we were a 1-seed, and I had serious health issues and I didn't finish the season," Self said. "The last two years hasn't been -- well, this year included -- it's been inconsistent and not as good. So obviously it's disappointing."
