only a 3rd rate coach would accept a contract like this. if i was micah, i would use this job like a internship; get experience and improve your profile and try to get a head coach job elsewhere next year

The headline should have been “micah Nori wins lowest paid coach in the nba contract.”

Don't forget those team options for years 2 and 3. If he plays his cards right he'll set the record as the longest tenured lame-duck coach!

So, he's held accountable for his work? If he does well he will be retained? That's how my job works. He wouldn't take it unless he was confident. He's a grown man. He can handle some pressure. Good hire.
