only a 3rd rate coach would accept a contract like this. if i was micah, i would use this job like a internship; get experience and improve your profile and try to get a head coach job elsewhere next year

The headline should have been “micah Nori wins lowest paid coach in the nba contract.”
Every day it’s something new about the new owner cutting cost. And now he wants 600 million from Portland for 300 million worth of “upgrades” to the moda center. This team is heading to Vegas fast.

So, he's held accountable for his work? If he does well he will be retained? That's how my job works. He wouldn't take it unless he was confident. He's a grown man. He can handle some pressure. Good hire.
