The Cincinnati Reds haven\'t engaged in talks with David Bell about a contract extension.
Bell, in his fifth-year, is in the final year of a two-year extension signed in September 2021.
\"I think we\'ll just talk about playing through the year and addressing (the contract situation) later,\" Nick Krall said. \"At this point, we haven\'t done anything.\"
The Reds are in playoff contention and are now expected to be buyers at the trade deadline.
