New York Mets right-hander Matt Harvey allowed just one hit over nine innings against the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night.
The Mets won 1-0 in ten innings.
Harvey allowed only an infield single by Alex Rios with two outs in the seventh. Rios was just barely safe. He was Chicago's only base-runner in the game.
The exciting right-hander struck out a career-high 12 and was pulled when the game went to extra innings.
"I mean, obviously, everything was working," Harvey said.
