Baltimore has been linked to Yovani Gallardo, mainly because they aren't interested in Matt Garza or Cliff Lee.
They can't afford to pay Lee $25 million annually and won't part with young pitchers Dylan Bundy or Kevin Gausman in any trade. The Orioles aren't interested in Garza because of his past record within the American League East.
