Hanley Ramirez left Thursday night's game against the San Francisco Giants with a mildly strained left hamstring.
The Los Angeles Dodgers called the move "precautionary," but it raises some concern because Ramirez missed a month earlier this season with a similar injury.
Ramirez is hitting .342/.390/.634 with 18 home runs and 53 RBIs this season.
