Korean right-hander Oh Seung-Hwan is drawing attention from Major League teams as the offseason nears.
The New York Yankees are among the clubs that have scouted the 31-year-old reliever. He is a seven-time All-Star in Korea and has spent nine years with the Samsung Lions.
Oh has to go through the posting process which won't begin until Nov. 1.
Oh's fastball is between 94 and 96 mph and he has a splitter that disappears, according to scouting reports.
