Twins, Trevor Plouffe Avoid Arbitration

The Minnesota Twins have avoided arbitration with Trevor Plouffe by agreeing to a one-year, $2.35 million deal.

Plouffe batted .254 last season with 14 home runs, down from 24 the year before, and 52 RBIs in 477 at-bats.
