Billingsley To Undergo Tommy John Surgery

Chad Billingsley will undergo Tommy John surgery on Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
His recovery time is expected to be 12 months.
Billingsley has dealt with elbow issues this spring. In 12 innings this season, the right-hander had a 3.00 ERA and six strikeouts.
