Kyle Gibson, pitching in the Minnesota Twins' system with Triple-A Rochester, has impressed scouts.
"If this kid doesn't make it big for the Twins, then I know nothing," a scout said.
"He's got the great slider, heavy sinker at 92-94, and changeup. This kid can really pitch. He's going to be at the top of that Twins rotation."
In five starts, Gibson has a 3.33 ERA with 26 strikeouts and just nine walks in 27 innings. He was the 22nd overall pick back in 2009.
