Bray, Romero Have Opt-Out Dates Looming With Nationals

Bill Bray and J.C. Romero are both nursing shoulder injuries as they near opt-out clauses in their contracts with the Nationals.
Bray and Romero both signed minor league deals with the Nationals, who hoped the pair would provide depth in the bullpen.
Romero can opt out of his contract if he isn't on the Major League roster by June 1.
