D-Backs Send Skaggs To Reno; Place Reynolds On DL

The D-Backs have again optioned left-hander Tyler Skagss to Reno and recalled two relievers from the Triple-A club, according to an ESPN.com report.
The team also placed left-handed reliever Matt Reynolds on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left elbow Monday.
