Indians Sign No. 5 Pick Clint Frazier

The Indians have signed Clint Frazier, who they selected with the fifth overall pick in last week's Major League Baseball draft.
Frazier will receive a $3.5 million bonus, less than the $3.787 million assigned slot value price for the fifth pick.
