Rangers Sign Francis Cespedes

The Rangers agreed to sign Dominican left-hander Francis Cespedes to a $750,000 deal before the end of the international signing period.
The 2012-13 signing period closed on June 15, so Cespedes' contract will count against the Rangers' $2.9 bonus pool for that period.
