The Rockies are hoping Roy Oswalt can channel his younger, dominant self when he makes his 2013 debut against the Nationals on Thursday, according to an MLB.com report.
Oswalt's long-anticipated start comes after he collected a 2.16 ERA in five starts with Double-A Tulsa.
