Garza Most Likely Pitcher To Be Dealt

A National League executive has predicted that Matt Garza will be the first pitcher traded prior to the July 31 non-waiver deadline.
Garza will be a free agent after the season and since the Cubs aren't in contention, dealing him seems like an inevitability.
Through seven starts, Garza has a 4.25 ERA and 37 strikeouts against 14 walks.
