A-Rod Cleared To Begin Rehab Assignment

Alex Rodriguez has been cleared by the Yankees to begin a rehab assignment, the team has announced via press release.
Rodriguez is scheduled to join Single-A Charleston tomorrow (Tuesday, July 2), where he is scheduled to start the 7:05 p.m. game vs. Rome at third base and play a minimum of three innings.
