Sources: Ruiz, Young Are Being Made Available

The Phillies are open to dealing Michael Young and Carlos Ruiz prior to the July 31 trade deadline, according to sources.
Young is hitting .289/.347/.415 with six home runs and 26 RBI this season.
Ruiz is hitting .259/.315/.286 with six RBI in 36 games.
