Yasiel Puig doesn't plan to tone down his style of play after a series of critical comments were made about the rookie this week.
Ian Kennedy described Puig's style of play as "arrogant," and Miguel Montero called some of his actions on the field "stupid."
"That's my game," Puig said. "I'm going to play my baseball the way I play. We don't like the way [Gerardo] Parra plays or the way Montero plays, but we don't go to the press or anybody and talk about how we don't like it, because we're more reserved."
Puig is hitting .397/.429/.630 in just 146 at-bats this season.
