Rangers Linked To Alex Rios

The Rangers are in need of a right-handed batter and have been linked to Alex Rios.
Texas has reportedly been scouting the White Sox and Rios is a player they've certainly kept an eye on. Rios is hitting .270 with 11 homers and 40 RBIs.
