Phillies Will Send Scout To Watch Brian Wilson

The Philadelphia Phillies will be one of a handful of teams to send a scout to watch Brian Wilson throw in Los Angeles on Thursday.
Wilson is recovering from Tommy John surgery and has not pitched since 2012.
"No stone unturned," Ruben Amaro, Jr. said.
