The Philadelphia Phillies reached a contract agreement with Cuban pitcher Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez on Friday night, adding depth to their rotation.
Some believe that Gonzalez could pitch in the Major Leagues this season, even though he hasn't pitched competitively since 2011.
