The Toronto Blue Jays aren't buyers in the traditional sense, but they have genuine interest in Howie Kendrick.
Kendrick will earn $8.75 million in 2013. He is set to earn $9.35 million in 2014 and $9.5 million in 2015 before hitting free agency.
The Los Angeles Angels have struggled and are willing to sell.
