Reports: Orioles-Astros Progressing On Norris

The Baltimore Orioles and Houston Astros are progressing in talks on a trade for Bud Norris, according to reports.
Danny Knobler of CBS Sports and Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports both reported the advancement in talks.
