Yankees Fine A-Rod $150,000 For Missing Game

The New York Yankees have fined Alex Rodriguez more than $150,000 for missing a rehab start, according to sources.
New York reprimanded Rodriguez for his recent actions surrounding his rehab assignment. Those actions include seeking a second medical opinion without giving the team prior notice, and failing to show up at the ballpark on July 12 after meeting with Major League officials.
