Jose Iglesias is out of the lineup for the Detroit Tigers because of a sore left elbow.
He was hit by a pitch on Friday night against the New York Mets.
Iglesias remained in the game but his elbow swelled up. X-rays were negative, but manager Jim Leyland says Iglesias can't bend his arm and won't be available off the bench.
