Report: Orioles Claim Willingham

The Orioles have placed a waiver claim on Twins slugger Josh Willingham, the Baltimore Sun reported.


The O's claimed Willingham on Wednesday afternoon, according to the paper, meaning that the team will have until Friday afternoon to agree to a trade with the Twins.

What are the Twins seeking in return. Also heard they wanted Morneau as well.

He's owed 7 million next year also. We better spend that money on someone else. Maybe a new manager!
