Pirates More Reliant On Triple-A Than Any Other NL Contender

The Pittsburgh Pirates have relied on their Triple-A affiliate more than any other contender in the National League this season.
That has caused the roster of Triple-A Indianapolis to be in a constant state of flux, but they have succeeded as well.
The Pirates have called up 18 players from Indianapolis this season, many multiple times, for a total of 34 promotions.
