Blue Jays Shut Down Encarnacion, Cecil

Blue Jays slugger Edwin Encarnacion needs surgery on his left wrist and will miss the remainder of the season, according to an ESPN.com report on Tuesday.
All-Star left-hander Brett Cecil is also being shut down for the final 13 games with a sore elbow.
