Twins Sign Alexander Vargas

The Minnesota Twins have signed Alexander Vargas.
Vargas is a 16-year-old right-hander from the Dominican Republic.
He is 6-foot-3, 190 pounds with a fastball that has touched the low-90s, along with a curveball and a changeup.
