Amaro Insists There Is Room For Phillies To Make Big Moves

The Philadelphia Phillies already have a payroll around $170 million, a host of veterans and Cuban pitcher Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez signed, but Ruben Amaro has hinted that there is room for big moves.
"Nope," Amaro said when asked if the team's current standing would restrict him this winter.
The solutions for the Phillies won't be simple, which means Amaro will have to get creative.
