Colon Likely To Triple Salary In 2014

Bartolo Colon could be highly sought after as a 40-year-old pitcher this winter.
Colon is making $3 million this season with the Oakland Athletics and he'll likely triple that heading into 2014. Even with his performance-enhancing drug history, the right-hander should be able to find a two-year deal on the open market.
