Latos Has Surgery To Remove Bone Chips

Mat Latos had surgery Oct. 11 to remove bone chips from his right elbow.
It was an arthroscopic procedure and Latos began physical therapy the following day.
In 32 starts this season, Latos was 14-7 with a 3.16 ERA. He is expected to be ready for spring training.
