Beltran Gets Qualifying Offer From Cardinals

The St. Louis Cardinals aren't expecting him back, but they have offered Carlos Beltran the one-year, $14.1 million qualifying offer for 2014.
The Cardinals expect the 36-year-old Beltran to seek a multiyear extension elsewhere.
