Mariners Issue QO To Kendrys Morales

The Seattle Mariners have decided to make a qualifying offer to Kendrys Morales.
Morales can accept the one-year, $14.1 million contract, or sign a long-term deal elsewhere.
If Morales signs with another club, Seattle will receive draft-pick compensation.
