Ervin Santana Seeking Five-Year, $100M Deal

According to Major League sources, Ervin Santana is seeking a five-year contract worth more than $100 million on the free agent market.
The Kansas City Royals issued a qualifying offer to Santana, but that is unlikely to significantly dent his market value.
Santana has averaged 32 starts, 210 innings and a 3.87 ERA the past four seasons.
