Red Sox Would Re-Sign Saltalamacchia Over Short Term

The Boston Red Sox would be willing to re-sign Jarrod Saltalamacchia to a short term deal.
However, Saltalamacchia is looking for at least three or four years.
The market for the catcher has been slow to develop.
